Suitable Content - This service is available to all family-oriented businesses and civic groups.
We do not accept any accounts for adult sites, hate sites, warez sites or any other sites that in our sole opinion promote unethical or antisocial behavior.
Abuse of Resources - Any site that abuses the server resources with spam, hacking, anonymous ftp, or excessive media will be terminated without refund.
If you are planning to use commercial email campaigns, or have a media-intensive site please talk to us first.
Compliance with Hosting Terms - This service requires compliance with the conditions of the hosting service we use for your account.
Payment and Rights to Web Materials
Free Trial Period - No payment is due for 30 days and you can cancel anytime during this period without any obligation.
Cancellation forfeits your rights to the domain name and any web site work done on your behalf.
Setup Payment - Payment for site design and setup is due after the 30 day trial period.
After this payment you will be provided with the account administration information.
After this payment and for as long as your account is in good standing, you have unrestricted rights to the domain name, site design and any graphics created on your behalf.
Should you decide to cancel your account for any reason, you can freely use your domain name and site design elsewhere.
(We reserve the right to use your site design in any format, complete with content, as an example of our work.)
Ongoing Hosting - Payment for hosting is payable in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Should you decide to cancel your account for any reason, your hosting service will end at 12:01 am on the 1st of the next month.
Any prepaid hosting fees will be pro-rated by number of months prepaid and refunded.
Should you fail to make payment by the 15th of the month, your account may be suspended.
If payment is still not made by the end of the month the account may be terminated and you forfeit all rights to the domain name and site design.
Should your account be terminated due to a violation of any of the General Terms and Conditions above, no refund will be issued.
