We understand that you may have had a bad experience with another web company and want to see how our service works before committing so we offer a 30-Day Trial before payment option for your site hosting. If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of the service, you can cancel with no obligation. This applies to our setup of your server, email accounts, and Express page.

Please note that some plans have set up fees to activate your account. Since those are required by the hosting company (and not us) they are non-refundable. We will identify any non-refundable fees upon receipt of your order.

We understand that you may be relucant to pay a large fee for a web site sight-unseen. Your satisfaction is so important to us that if you don't like our work you don't pay.

In general this applies to the balance due for our services. We may require a deposit on some packages to partially offset our up-front investment and on work for clients outside the US. This will be identified upon receipt of your order. See our general terms for the details.
